It provides a shared base for mods that require imports of classes and attributes to avoid unnecessary conflicts with other mods that have already imported the required elements.
The shared base provides a mechanism to import all the required elements into a single module. The import of all the elements into the single module will be performed in the same order as the original module, which helps with resolving problems with the limit of the import queue.
The patch also provides a bootstrap option that will allow other mods to autostart with a standardized capability for custom area hubs.
